How it works

How it works

From the first conversation to visible progress: here is exactly what happens when you come to us.

  1. A conversation about your child

Free parent consultation · 20–30 minutes · no obligation

We start by listening. You tell us what is going on: the subjects, the school, the deadlines, and anything else, from exam nerves to a feeling that something is not clicking. During the call, we discuss:

    • the subjects and levels your child needs support with
    • any challenges around confidence, focus, or exam pressure
    • learning habits, organisation, and motivation
    • the type of support that would be most effective

There is no obligation to proceed after the consultation. It is simply an opportunity to ask questions, understand how we work, and decide whether our approach is the right fit for your child.

  2. The Infinite Learning Profile

Online assessment · before lessons begin

Your child completes the Infinite Learning Profile: exam-board-aligned questions that show what they know, and a short questionnaire that shows how they study, focus and remember. You receive a clear report of strengths, gaps, and the strategies most likely to move their grades. There are no right or wrong answers, and no pass or fail.

  3. The right tutor, briefed

Matched and briefed before the first lesson

We choose your child’s tutor against the Profile: subject, exam board, pace and personality. Every tutor is trained by psychotherapist Hannah Kosky (MA, MBACP) in the Infinite Teaching System, so lessons follow one method rather than one tutor’s habits. Your tutor reads the report before the first lesson and arrives knowing where to start.

  4. Lessons that follow the plan

In your home across Kensington and Chelsea, or online worldwide

Sessions are structured, calm, and purposeful. Your tutor works from the Profile, closing the gaps it found and using the study strategies that suit your child, with confidence rebuilt alongside content. We identify patterns in mistakes and fix them systematically, week by week, checking progress against real exam-style questions.

  5. You see everything

Parent Dashboard · updated after every lesson

Your tutor writes a report after every lesson. It appears in your Parent Dashboard alongside coach reports and your child’s assessment results, so you watch progress build term on term. If you are in Dubai and the lessons run from London, you still read the report the same evening. No chasing for updates.
